Hey There, Triumpant Church

Done for you Services

Project Objective:

The objective of this project is to create a fully branded and customized website for Triumphant Church that speaks directly to your experience and why you exist. This isn’t going to be a standard church website. This website is meticulously crafted with your brand in mind to provide a powerful online presence that reflects your unique identity.

We will create a modern, visually engaging, and highly functional platform that better serves your community. Our goal is to improve the user experience, enhance visual appeal, and implement key features to boost engagement and search engine visibility. The new website will be designed to be fully mobile responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices. We will also place a strong emphasis on family ministry, as we know 90% of people looking for a church are looking for a place that includes their entire family. Emphasis: Faith, Family, Finance.

Current Website Evaluation: What's Working and What's Not

Let’s take a look at the current website at wetriumph.org to see what we can build on and what needs to be improved.

What’s Working:

  • Clear Mission Statement: The “Our Mission” section on the homepage is a strong, clear statement of purpose that immediately tells visitors what We Triumph is all about.

  • Accessible Contact Information: The phone number and email are easy to find at the top of the page, which is great for new visitors who want to get in touch.

  • Donation Link: The “Give” button is prominently placed, making it easy for members to support the church.

  • Calendar: The embedded calendar on the homepage is a good way to show upcoming events, though its design could be updated to be more visually appealing and interactive.

What’s Not Working:

  • Outdated Design & User Experience (UX): The current design feels dated, and the navigation is not intuitive. It’s difficult to find key information quickly. The overall user experience doesn’t reflect a modern, forward-thinking organization.

  • Lack of Visuals: There are very few photos or videos of your community in action. Visuals of people gathering, worshiping, and interacting are crucial for building an emotional connection with visitors and showing them what it’s like to be a part of your church. We will put a strong emphasis on photos of kids and families to highlight your family ministries.

  • Poor Mobile Responsiveness: The website is not optimized for mobile devices, which is a major issue. Most people browse the internet on their phones, and a non-mobile-friendly site will cause visitors to leave.

  • Limited Functionality: The site is a collection of static pages and forms. Features like seamless event integration, video content, and interactive forms are missing, which limits its usefulness for both the church and the community.

  • Lack of Search Engine Optimization (SEO): The current site has minimal SEO. It’s not optimized to rank for relevant keywords, which means it’s difficult for new people in your area to find you when they search online.

Key Features to be Added

Based on your needs, we will be adding the following key features and improvements:

  • Full Integration with Planning Center/Church Center: Events posted in Planning Center will automatically sync to your website, eliminating the need for manual updates and ensuring your calendar is always current.

  • Dynamic Visuals: We will incorporate high-resolution photos and video content throughout the site. We will also add a captivating video reel on the homepage and use GIF images in various sections to bring the site to life.

  • Interactive Online Service Center: We will replace the static forms with a more interactive service center, making it easier for people to connect, sign up, and get involved.

  • Mobile-First Design: The entire website will be built with a mobile-first approach, ensuring it looks and functions perfectly on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

  • Christmas “Go” Page: We will build one optimized, single-page landing sites for  Christmas. This page will be designed to attract new visitors and help them plan their visit to the key services and actvities for Christmas.

  • Comprehensive SEO: We will perform extensive keyword research using Semrush to identify high-potential keywords. We will also create 15 blog posts from your previous sermon outlines to build valuable backlinks and improve your site’s search ranking.

The Transition from Wix to WordPress/Hostinger

A critical part of this project is migrating your website from Wix to a more sustainable and powerful platform: WordPress, hosted on Hostinger.com. While Wix is easy to use, it has limitations that would hinder the long-term growth and functionality of your new website.

Here are the key reasons for this transition:

  • Ownership and Flexibility: With Wix, your website is tied to their proprietary system. You don’t truly own your data or have the freedom to customize the site in a way that truly reflects your unique vision. WordPress is an open-source platform, giving you complete ownership and control of your website’s content and design. This is a vital, long-term asset for your ministry.

  • Scalability and Functionality: WordPress is built to grow with you. The vast ecosystem of plugins (over 60,000) and themes allows us to add virtually any feature you can imagine, from e-commerce to custom member portals, ensuring your website can expand as your ministry does. The functionality we’re planning, like the seamless Planning Center integration, is best executed on a platform like WordPress.

  • Superior SEO Capabilities: While Wix has basic SEO tools, WordPress is the industry standard for search engine optimization. Its architecture and dedicated plugins like Yoast SEO or Rank Math allow for more robust and effective on-page optimization. This transition will be a cornerstone of our strategy to significantly increase your organic search visibility.

  • Cost-Effectiveness & Hostinger Benefits: While a full-service platform like Wix can be expensive, the combination of free WordPress software and affordable, high-quality hosting from Hostinger is a more sustainable long-term solution. Hostinger is a top-tier provider known for its user-friendly hPanel, excellent security, and fast loading speeds, which are crucial for a good user experience and SEO ranking.
