Refund Policy – Uniting People Group (Including Up Creative Media LLC, Uniting People Church Consulting, and Affiliates)

At Uniting People Group—including Up Creative Media LLC, Uniting People Church Consulting, and all affiliated entities—we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, services, and physical goods. Due to the nature of our offerings and the value of intellectual property, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all purchases.

By making a purchase from any organization within the Uniting People Group, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do, however, understand that client satisfaction matters. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a refund request, which will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the owner, Ezekiel Taylor. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To better serve our clients, we offer reasonable revision requests within the scope of the original agreement to help ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations. We encourage you to communicate any concerns so we can make the necessary adjustments when possible.
